Normandy Isle
Normandy Isles exudes a sophisticated beach town vibe with it’s Miami Modern architecture and town center reminiscent of a European town. Convenient access to Biscayne Bay, surrounding beaches, and all of Miami Beach – Normandy Isles offers the conveniences and culture of a thriving urban center balanced with the tranquility of island life. Each weekend features a local farmer’s market in the plaza area with booths selling fresh juice, organic produce, and other unique finds.
North Beach
North Miami Beach is a low-key mix of condos and cozy single-family homes set alongside the Intercoastal waterway. The city itself is a bit quirky – and its residents like it that way. Technically, North Miami Beach doesn’t have a beach to call its very own. But you can’t really blame a city for trying to cash in on some of that South Beach name cred. Fortunately, people who call NMB home only have a 10-minute drive to the nearest beach, so we’ll call that a win.
